Laundry Never Sleeps

Our goal is to ensure that quality standards are met across all levels of our client’s laundry programs.  To that end, our company was built on the guiding principle of constant communication from the top of our organization down, speaking with every client, every day.

Our dedicated management team has direct communication to the client with daily interaction as needed.  Additionally, we also schedule operational meetings at the senior management level at a minimum of once a month or as requested.

A full-service operation, we provide laundry service for all of our client’s needs, from housekeeping and spa and restaurant work to uniforms and valet processing.

We tailor our work to the specific textiles being used, including load compositions, dryer extraction and conditioning procedures, and washroom chemistry and operations.  With this attention to detail, ACLS, LLC has consistently afforded its clients the lowest cost for linen replacement in the industry.

We operate 24 hours per day, 7 days per week and 365 days per year.  As such, in addition to our normal client work, we also provide emergency service for several other commercial laundry facilities in the region and dozens of hotels with on-premise laundry.

As part of our standard service, we employ the latest technology for tracking linen with LinenMaster – a web-based, customized, linen management and distribution system that follows the movement of all of our partner’s goods from the minute we pick up soiled linen to the time it’s delivered.  Each client has a secure login to the LinenMaster system providing access to real time information detailing every aspect of their laundry program.

ACLS, LLC has also recently implemented an RFID system which monitors customer textiles in our plants and at our client properties, providing the most up to date method of inventory control.
